INTERACTIVOS'?10: Neighborhood Science international workshop-seminar took place at Medialab-Prado from June 7 through 23, 2010. During the workshop ten interactive installations were collaboratively developed. These prototypes can be seen at Medialab-Prado from July 2 through 31, 2010. Free admission.
From 27 August to 12 September 2010 seven European cities will be connected through the medium of urban screens and media facades. MEDIA FACADES FESTIVAL EUROPE 2010 (MFF 2010) is a pilot project for artists and media designers. It will employ the networked urban infrastructures in ‘Joint Broadcasting Events’ throughout Europe for transnational circulation of artistic and cultural exchange.
Working sessions to analyze the current situation of the medialab and debate its future at the old Belgian Sewmill.
This activity is structured in four working sessions held throughout 2010, with the participation of the following guests: Miguel Álvarez-Fernández, Nerea Calvillo, Jordi Claramonte, Juan Freire, Jesús González Barahona, Antonio Lafuente, Juan Martín Prada, Carolina del Olmo, José Luis de Vicente, and members of the Fridays OpenLab group.

Along with the sessions, we have started to gather information by Medialab-Prado's collaborators and regular users in order to analyze the current situation of the medialab and debate its future:
Publication of texts and videos of the lectures and papers presented during the Interactivos?'09: Garage Science workshop-Seminar (January 28 to February 14, 2009).
This seminar is part of the collaborative translation into Spanish of Yochai Benkler's The Wealth of Networks, How Social Production Transforms Markets and Freedom, about how productions transforms the market and the freedom. The contents of this book will be analyzed during the seminar. [live streaming]

Within the framework of the International Media Facades Festival Europe 2010, Medialab-Prado presents four urban screen projects at the digital facade of Medialab-Prado, as part of the activities of La Noche en Blanco 2010 on September 11, 2010.
In this edition seven European cities will connect through their urban screens and media facades: Madrid, Liverpool, Brussels, Linz, Budapest, Berlin, and Helsinki.
