The development of the blogging phenomenon is also, without any doubt, that of a huge amount of new forms of social and political critique, of the production of new ways of public opinion construction and collective action. It is potentially very fertile and promising in the establishment of new forces of dissent based on the reclaiming of the expression of the self and of personal and creative subjectivity as means of social transformation and change. Therefore, this talk will focus mainly on the analysis of the confluence of subjectivity, personal creativity and social and political resistance which characterises a great deal of the blogging activity.
