Discussion group as part of the activities of the Inclusiva-net Seminar: P2P Networks and Processes, an international event that takes place in Medialab-Prado from July 6 to 10, 2009.
Some questions to start the debate: How can the peer-to-peer network model be applied to developing more participative and active citizens? How can some of the fundamental principles of P2P networks, such as equal power held by all participants, free cooperation among them, a decentralized organization, etc., be applied to political decision-making? Can the P2P model, considered as a political and social programme in its own right, be supported as a possible and desirable social application? ETC., ETC.
Ir order to start debating you can sign in and participate through the FORUM, that will act as a complement to the lectures and discussion groups during the meeting.
You can also check the BLOG where you post add comments and opinions about the event.
