Some questions to start the debate: To what extent do P2P networks pose a real threat to cultural industries? Can P2P networks be useful in developing other business models within the field of culture? Are the legal measures being proposed in Spain and abroad suitable for controlling the use of P2P networks? What other alternatives could be proposed?
