Medialab-Prado presents at the The Night for the Books the Words are Sounds are Words project, an experimental electroacoustic music show performed by the students of electroacoustics of the Conservatory of Music of Balearic Islands and the School of Experimental Music of Madrid.

In this event 20 composers and artists aim to illustrate through music and sound their different shapes in the context of books. Each of them chose a short text of a boko that directly tackles the sound as a main subject, and create a short experimental music piece inspired on it. This way, the whole event becomes a mosaic of sounds of different authors that approach the world of books.
