Repetto will talk about two recent works at the intersection of art and science. "Nearly Human (one billionth of a human brain)" is a deeply flawed physical metaphor. "Circular Spectrum Analyzer" (part of the Cross Current Resonance Transducer collaboration with LoVid) is an outdoor kinetic and sound sculpture that is driven by, encodes, and broadcasts energy from environmental sources.
