"At this meeting, we will discuss the implications on the digital economy and innovation of legislation to protect intellectual property and copyright, such as what is known as the Sinde-Wert Law in Spain or SOPA in the United States. We will explore whether they can harm digital companies due to the legal insecurity generated and new requirements.

We will find out first hand whether this type of laws can halt innovation and the initial investments needed to start up new companies based on new business models. Would it be possible to develop a platform like YouTube in this new legislative context? We will also talk about how to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in Spain faced with business models undergoing reconversion.

We will also talk about how to foster entrepeneurship and innovation in Spain against restructuring business models." Por Antonio Delgado, moderador del debate
