What is #redada?
The #redada encounters began in November 2010 in Madrid to provide an understanding of the changes that new technologies are producing in society. These changes are not visible by everyone and usually are not presented in traditional media until they are very evident. This way, #redada acts as a window though which one can explain, learn and discuss social trends and other aspects related to culture, civil rights and technology.
The encounters invite individuals leading changes in their respective market, environment and society. It is a good way to have them easily and clearly explain their project ideas and, in addition it´s a good a platform through which people with similar interests can connect.
The format of the encounters includes a discussion, streamed live as well as an active Twitter interaction. People following the event can ask questions to the panelists directly through the hashtag #redada
