This session is devided in two parts, where the structure and framework of the cultural sector in Spain will be analyzed. The goal is to explore the impact of the Spanish territorial sector and how shared responsibilities in culture has affected the configuration, development, "success" of "failure" of our cultural field in the past years. Also, the economical crisis' impact in the present and the future of political cultures, and the cultural network of the country will be taken into account. The dissolution of certain structures and the decrease of the traditional ways of funding arise as a hidden opportunity to find new ways of collaboration, co-funding and structuring. Social networks, "bottom-up" collective content creation, value, moral and economical support for cultural projects appear in the horizon as new possibilities to face the collapse of traditional "top-down" systems.
