A session to gather materials of the A Bicycle Lane in Madrid is Possible workshop coordinated by Geomun2.0 Association. The goal of the project is to utilize free mapping applications to collaboratively design and propose an alternative means of urban mobility in Madrid. It consists of four sessions on 10, 13, 18 and February 20, 2012.

This is a training session on how to analyze databases and handle them so they answer the questions posed in one’s investigation. During this session, various software tools for data treatment will be presented (Excel, Google Refine y R). There will be a presentation on the proper use of statistics in the press. Second meeting of the Working sessions of "Cinema of the 21st Century" organized by Cine Sin Autor collective, within the framework of the Commons Lab work groups 2011-2012.
Cine Sin Autor aims to enhance the role of populations –collectives, associations, groups, etc. - as producers in the construction of their own audiovisual image, i.e., as producers of a new filmic image specific to the 21st century, removed from commercial and auteur cinema. In this session there will be a debate focusing on themes such as film politics, social dynamics of the cinematographic image, media and knowledge property, or the paradigm shift in the audiovisual medium.
A basic course to begin developing creative aplications with OpenFrameworks. Led by Chris Sugrue, Gorka Cortázar and Arturo Castro. This workshop is part of the activities of the Openfab workgroup within the framework of the Fridays Openlab of Medialab-Prado.

First general meeting of the Commons Lab work groups in 2012. The main topic of this session is "city and commons", a new group coordinated by Juan Freire.
Second meeting of the 15M.cc workgroup, a collaborative, copyleft, nonprofit, transmedia project focusing on the 15M, which is a citizen´s movement that began in Spain on May 15, 2011. The objective of the meeting is to create a book, that would allow people to appreciate better the reasons for the founding of a movement which, thanks to social media, has had, and continues having, an impact on society here.

First part of the workshop organized by Memory and Commons workgroup about the collective creation of shared memory, the subjectivity of memories and their relation with history. This first part is dedicated to the Bosnian War that took place from 1992 to 1995 and to all those individuals that showed a great deal of integrity and civil courage during times of ethical conflicts.
