PhD Student and Graduated Architect by Faculty of Architecture, University of Porto, in 2007.
Academically, an extensive research is being developed in the field of Architecture Curatorial Pratices in Portugal, supported by PhD FCT Studentship.
Integrated in CEAU-FAUP (Center for Studies on Architecture and Urbanism – Faculty of Architecture, University of Porto) she is part of the research group ‘Narratives on the Educational Project in Architecture’ and she curated, along with Professor Marco Ginoulhiac, FAUP’s exhibition at UABB 2015 (SZ) – Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture, Shenzhen, China.
Presently, Ana Neiva is also an Assistant Lecturer in the subject of Ancient and Medieval History of Architecture at FAUP, and she was the coordinator of Communication and Image Department in the same institution, between 2014 and 2016.
Professionally, has collaborated with Arch. Luís Pedro Silva, and with Carlos Guimarães and Luís Soares Carneiro at CG+LSC Arquitectos. As an independent architect, work has been developed in the northern part of Portugal, mainly devoted to housing and cruise ships interior design.
