Medialab Prado

Felipe Ortega is a researcher with the Libresoft group at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid). He develops and applies methods and tools for the analysis of collaborative projects and virtual communities ((Wikipedia, open software projects), to understand their dynamics and evolution. To date, he has focused mainly on the analysis of Wikipedia and its community, creating tools and data collections to facilitate the extension and replicability of empirical research on this project. R is one of his favourite applications for data analysis, which is why he frequently offers seminars, courses and talks about this statistical environment.
