Medialab Prado

is internationally known as an important figure on the experimental music scene. He has 25 years' experience in the field of sound creation, working with environmental recordings. During that time, he has developed a completely personal, iconoclastic sound universe exploring the limits of perception, seeking to find sensorial and spiritual expansion through sound. He has given hundreds of concerts, field recording projects, and sound installations in 50 countries on five continents. His extensive catalogue of sound pieces (with live and studio collaborations from over 100 international artists) has been published by over 150 recording labels around the world. Twice, he has received a Special Mention Award at the Ars Electronica Festival and he won First Prize recently at the first "Broadcasting Art" Sound Contest jointly organized by RNE's Radio 3 and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla y León (MUSAC).
