Javier Celaya

Javier Celaya is a founding partner of the cultural portal Dosdoce.com, the author of the blog Comunicación Cultural and the developer of the social website Culturizame.net. Javier Celaya has extensive experience in the application of new technologies in designing cultural communication strategies. Over the last fifteen years, Javier Celaya has collaborated in training and communication projects for entities like the  Germán Sánchez Ruipérez Foundation, the Andalusian Centre for Contemporary Art, the Association of Publishers in Catalonia, the SM Group, the University of Alcalá de Henares, Alfaguara, the BBK Foundation, etc.

He recently published the book Los blogs en la comunicación empresarial (Blogs in corporate communication) (BPMO Ediciones, 2006) and the studies El uso de las tecnologías Web 2.0 en entidades culturales (The use of Web 2.0 technologies in cultural entities), Los retos de las editoriales independientes (The challenges faced by independent publishers) and Tendencias Web 2.0 en el sector editorial (Web 2.0 Trends in the publishing sector).

Javier holds a Master in International Relations from Colombia University in New York and a Degree in Business Administration from Boston College.
