Medialab Prado

An attorney with the 'GARRIGUES' law firm in Madrid, he specialises in International Business Law and European Community Law, working in the Information Technology Law Department. He holds a law degree from the Complutense University in Madrid and a law diploma in European Community Law and International Law from the Catholic University of Lueven (Belgium).

He also acts as an arbitrator in intellectual property and new technology matters for CONFIANZA ON-LINE, for the National Consumer Affairs Arbitration Board, for the Arbitration and Mediation Community (ACAM) and in domain name matters for RED.ES.

He is a regular speaker and lecturer on intellectual and industrial property law and new technologies at diverse institutions and universities. He sits on the board of the Belgian and Luxembourg chamber of commerce in Spain, the Hispano-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and is the Secretary General of the Spanish Space Law Centre (CEDE).
